On the fourtfloor, no lift, it was nightmare to carry the lugguages.

It's within 10min of Mumbai airport t2 by auto or car. Staffs were nicely behaved during face-to-face interactions and very helpful.

There is no elevator to take you to the third floor, where the hotel is situated. Rooms (not really a room) and the shared washroom were clean but not the bed sheet or the towels. I was given cabin no 4. It is extremely noisy from the roads, you can also hear every little word spoken at the reception and the constant music or reels the receptionist is scrolling on his mobile phone. The staffs shout loudly to communicate, and you never get any sleep or rest in the day time. Moreover, they don't have separate cabins. One cabin is made into two by separating halfway, with one common airco. You can not make the cabin dark if your neighbor's light is on. And if you have a noisy neighbor, then forget about sleep or rest. Overall, not a good experience, especially when you need some rest in a transit for a long journey ahead.

The "private" bedroom is actually shared : one AC for two rooms, there is a big opening between rooms so lots of light getting in, phone calls early morning from neighbor, and loud snoring 😅 The sheets were not very clean either. The small shared bathroom was so humid, I have never smelled mold so strongly anywhere 😬 Definitely wouldn't recommend for the high price paid, very bad value

The staff are good but the owner is mad

The staff was very welcoming and helpful, the place is tiny but cosy and clean, you can order food from them as well as bringing food from the outside. I liked it because I had to catch an early morning flight, it takes only 8 min from there to the airport.

The room is communicating through the ceiling and the thin wall, making it difficult to have a private conversation.
