Rooms were not cleaned, staff was rude. No drinking water provided in room, you have to fill your own bottle from water cooler. Bed sheet and blankets also not provided. AC cant be switched on from 9AM to 5PM. Basically it's a hostel, but will charge you like luxurious hotel.

Despite having booked the room in advance, the owner asked for a surge price of 3K for a shared female dormitory room between three people, or to cancel the booking. He was extremely rude, unethical, firstly stated Booking.com’s glitch for the original price of the room, and then stated that the Coldplay concert was the real reason of the increased price.

The property increased the rates and ask mee to cancle the booking. Room is not provided to mee worst experience i had with hotel and booking.com Not provide a stay. One day before the property manager call mee and ask mee to cancle the booking. Because of unfair prices.

We booked the property for 3days but checked out after one day because of the issues with the facilities not provided. This property can only be considered as an hostel, the person/warden in charge is not aware of basic things and the manager does not pick your call to address the basic requirements. The room provided after 5hrs from the check-in time, did not even have a tap in the bathroom in the whole flat and it wasn't clean. The room or photos mentioned on the booking.com site do not justify what was provided. After the request, they provided a bed in another room but for just one night, it was mentioned breakfast is included but they never told it wasn't available on a Sunday. I paid for the breakfast as well. Next day, they asked to shift to another room but the bathroom wasn't included. Since it was booked for a female friend, we checked-out after the first day itself as we cannot be after them for basic things. Still waiting for the refund.
