GBClean , modern , well equipped. Beautiful view over lake. Very very quiet . Lovely little local pub very friendly 5 mins drive
There were a number of spiders inside the property and as I have a spider phobia it did make the stay very uncomfortable !! As much as my partner removed them they reappeared in droves !! I’m aware the property is in a woodland but spiders inside are not welcome 😫. You have to drive to the spa which is a bit of a pain.
GBGBThe peaceful location and setting were outstanding five minutes to the spar and fifteen minutes to an Aldi the biggest bonus no children allowed and the owner Rob was around nearly every day to see if you needed anything within the lodge
Nothing to dislike
GBLuxurious accommodation, everything had been thought about and catered for. Would definitely book again. Useful tip from the owner, if travelling into York, use the Park and Ride, very efficient and only cost 5.50 for two people , it was so easy.

GBGBGBThe lodge was spotlessly clean it had everything we needed and more .The view was beautiful and very relaxing. Rob the owner was lovely, we couldn't fault it . PERFECT.
The only thing I missed was a mirror near a socket for drying my hair
