Sea Breeze-A Beautiful 3 Bed Pet Friendly Retreat

Holiday was cancelled the night before we were due to leave by the hosts.

Bed comfy seating comfy presentation lovely , however oven broke tv off most of stay no WiFi The cleaners did not do a good job of cleaning it tv was all marked where cleaned with dirty cloth Hosts were lovely tried to help with problems with oven and tv but no one came to oven and they need another provider for tv wi fi as had no joy in this department.

Cleaned better (not hosts fault as cleaners on site do it) need tv and WiFi especially in winter months

Nothing. Really unclean.

The smell, the cobwebs, the dirty bedding, the dead spiders, food in the sink/ drain, urine stains around the toilet, the thick dust that was gathered on the headboards and bedside tablets. The sticky kitchen work tops and table and to top it off that is not limescale round the taps that you can see it is green slime. The place clearly had not been cleaned in weeks. I left after 12hours out of a 48 hour stay. I have contacted the host for a refund and not recieved it so i am esculating this further with booking.com and the bank. The reply was that she would of got someone to come and clean the property whilst I was staying there, when someone came to replace an empty gas bottle at 1030pm. no one wants someone coming to clean the property during your stay, it should be done before. Of course the host also didn't believe the uncleanliness a so called cleaner had left it in.... but I do not carry dust and cobwebs in my back pocket so here are the pictures I shared with her.

There wasn’t a vaccum cleaner, so we couldn’t hoover up before vacating,

Had a lovely 3 night stay in this property. Clean and comfortable with everything and more for a self catering holiday. Well equipped kitchen, lovely outdoor seating area, located perfectly on the park for us, not right on top of the entertainment area so lovely and quiet. 5 min walk to the beach over the road. Beautiful beach, brilliant for dog walking, really clean and so much space at anytime of the day. Half an hour walk into Mablethorpe via the beach route, or the road. Communication with owner was excellent. Highly recommend this property, especially if you are travelling with your dog 🐕 😀

Nothing not to like

The location was excellent, for outdoor walkers, close to the beautiful beach.

Arrived a little early as told the accommodation may be ready. I wasn't concerned as would go for a walk. However, on our return the cleaning had not been completed. We therefore was not able to enter until 3 hours after the check in time. We had been offered a late check out but this was not convenient. As an alternative we were offered a £30 refund. However, no contact has been received regarding this.

Lovely comfy holiday home. Quite part of the park, in walking distance to Entertaiment and children's play area. A short stroll to the lovey beach. Would absolutely go back again.
