The location is wonderful and we had a great time overall. We spent most of our stay outside on the decking area and made good use of the hot tub, which was a real highlight. For the price, we were satisfied and enjoyed our holiday.

Unfortunately, the host forgot to send us the caravan details and key code in advance. We only received the information on the day of check-in at 3:17 PM, which caused some unnecessary stress. When we arrived, the caravan felt very stuffy, as if it had not been aired out for weeks. Thankfully, after opening all the windows, it quickly improved. The caravan was reasonably clean, but there were 7 of us staying and only 4 beds been made. Thankfully I had my own bedsheets brought from home. There were no bin bags, sponge, or any dishwashing supplies. The toilet paper provided was not sufficient for our stay, so we had to buy everything ourselves. I would happily return in the future but my husband struggled to sleep because of the lingering dog smell inside the caravan. Overall, despite a few issues, we had a lovely stay and felt that it offered good value for money.

Booked this for them to tell me it was cancelled the day before arrival due to damage so I asked for a full refund. Then messaged the day after saying we can still go. I explained we booked something else and again asked for the full refund to be ignored. I definitely would not recommend booking with these very very poor customer service and one big rip off.

Nothing. Couldn’t even stay there as the property wasn’t cleaned and the host lied about the cleaners coming. She left myself, my boyfriend and our 4 kids to wait in the car for 2 hours and 40 minutes.

Everything. It was dirty, broken items inside and had what can only be explained as poo on the bed.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Management by the Host The location itself and the area where the caravans are situated are nice. However, our experience was completely ruined by the host, Jordan. When we arrived, the caravan we were assigned to (number 16) was very cold, not cleaned, the bed linen had not been changed, and the jacuzzi was empty and not working. We had travelled 3 hours with a 5-month-old baby, which made the situation very difficult. After calling the host for over one hour, we were moved to another caravan (number 25). Unfortunately, it was in the same unacceptable condition: dirty, carpet not vacuumed, rubbish left from previous guests, bed linen not changed, and in one bedroom there was no bedding at all. We then waited another hour asking for someone to at least change the bed linen, but no one came. The only response from the host was: “You are free to leave and I will refund you.” After such a long journey with an exhausted baby, leaving was not a realistic option. I had also asked in advance if something special could be arranged, as it was my eldest daughter’s 18th birthday, but this was completely ignored. The following day, no one from the cleaning team showed up. We were informed that the roads were closed due to an incident, leaving us without any support. Overall, this was a nightmare experience caused by poor hosting, despite the location itself being nice. I would not recommend staying here, especially for families with young children.
