Captivating 6-Person Caravan in Rhyl

Lovely and clean

You could do with some more cutlery one fork between 6 people was a bit tricky as plastic forks weren't really that good. Everybody is different, but i like a tv to fall asleep too. Other that no problems. We would definitely stay again

Great location. Good size. adequate utensils. (pots, pans trays ect).

Toilet seat very loose, the internet is so bad luckily had my phone data. The TV couldn't get to work properly at all, needed an account and the areal didn't pick anything up.

The location

The caravan was old, falling apart and filthy. I have seen cleaner better looking caravans in farmers fields. Was charged extra for bedding which wasn’t provided. Got there late to due to traffic to find we had no bedding, duvets or pillows etc just bare dirty stained mattresses.

Bed was comfortable

No linen provided even although it said in the listing. Told the night before there was a £30 charge for linen. Quilt not the best. Brought our own lucky. Shower tray all black mould. Silicon needs removed and cleaned then replaced. Tap on cooker broken. Freezer unusable because it was totally iced up. Water in the bottom of the fridge. Fire needs cleaned. Roof vent needs cleaned. Sofas very uncomfortable. Tv didn’t work very well. Also wall tv is mounted on is coming away at the top.

The location was good and the facilities on site were good

We purchased bedding on the day of arrival when asked by the property owner. We paid £30. When we arrived the bedding was dirty and there was even a smashed chocolate bar welded to one of the sheets. One of the chairs was broken, there was rubbish stuck at the bottom of the bin and the smoke alarms had been removed.
