The noise

The caravan wasn’t too great to stay in as there was a musky smell and the sofa and carpet could do with a clean, there was no baking trays or grill to cook on. The fire didn’t work and the heating didn’t come on regularly. Tried to get in contact with the owner by sending a text and left a voicemail on their phone but got no response from them. There was nothing open on the site which we didn’t know about. I think it’s overpriced for nothing to do there.

Really pleased with caravan, it was clean, and we were really comfortable there.

Was given wrong key code. Very late at night and cold. Said 7t was a 6 sleeper. Family came over. Only 3 cups knife and folks were dirty the place it's self was very bear. No floor mat. Got to cavavan at 23.45 and sister went to toilet and there was no toilet paper. Sister had to go home and bring more cups as we only had 3. Not very clean. The gutting was missing on half of the cavavan. Not floor mat at the door. I will nit be back

The beach and surrounding environment were truly amazing—very quiet, peaceful, and pleasant. I especially loved the stunning views, the seaside, and the unique beauty of the rocks.

I am writing to express my disappointment with our recent stay at caravan. Unfortunately, the experience was not as we had hoped due to several issues. When we arrived, the heating stopped working after just two hours. Although we contacted, it wasn’t until the next day that they provided with a small electric heater. However, this was insufficient for our family, and on the first night, my daughter couldn’t sleep because it was too cold. Additionally, unlike other caravans we’ve stayed in, this one didn’t provide basic amenities such as tea bags, sugar, or milk. We had assumed these would be available, as they are typically provided. Before booking, I sent a message asking you to ensure that the gas and heating systems were fully functional. I was reassured that everything was in working order, but this was clearly not the case. The lack of proper heating made our holiday very uncomfortable, especially given the cold weather in the UK. I would strongly recommend thoroughly checking the facilities before renting out the caravan to ensure your guests have a pleasant experience.

The heating kept tripping out maybe we was doing it wrong but we didn't no wheather it's on timer or not

Hot wather for shower dose not turn down my daughter felt out ov shower due to hot water as cold tap not not work it was very cold in there heating system keep going on off and u olny fire was not working so we left there on Thursday as it was to cold
