very clean and comfortable.

the guy at the reception wasn't friendly at all and when we told him that we requested YANGO to take us to the bus station, he opted to call his friend the charged taking 2 of our friend 400MT while 3 of us only paid 140MT, that was not cool at all. We also struggled to check-in, the card machine was acting up and had to go to the ATM to get cash for payment. when we checked out, we were told there was an amount that they forgot to charge that we had to pay.. Will not book there ever again.

L’hôtel est bien situé dans le centre-ville

Les douches étaient bouchées, dans la chambre s’entendait tous les bruits du couloir. Personnel pas sympathique.

Breakfast was fine. Wifi was ok.

The room was a tight squeeze. Shower opening was small. No extraction system in the shower and toilet area.

Gostei do quarto em si, no início queriam meter-me num quarto muito mau com janelas partidas e + pequeno do que o quarto que me foi atribuído posteriormente, mas depois o quarto que me foi atribuído após ter recusado o primeiro acabei por gostar bastante.

O único problema do hotel é mesmo a quantidade de ruído, especialmente dos outros hóspedes, às vezes ouvia-se música e pessoas aos berros às altas horas da madrugada, sem ser isso o hotel é muito bom.
