I had to get a room change due to a leaking shower.

Filthy dirty place with very below par rooms . Never recommending this place to anyone

Big spacious rooms and affordable. Lovely staff but bed was infested with bed bugs which kept me awake most of the nights.

When I booked it was with breakfast but none offered. No mention of bond but was requested at check in

The beds are uncomfortable, the couch is terrible, got a sore neck and back after 2 days. The pool is always dirty. Their gardners are out on the lawn near the pool at about 8 am waking up all the guests. The electricity isnt wired properly, when the room next door take their key card it also turned our powerpoints off. The shower floor in our room got so hot we couldnt stand on it, i don't even know how this is possible. Breakfast stops at 9:30, often we would get there at 9:15 and they would reluctantly serve us. Some of the receptionists are lovely, others its like skinning a cat to get any decent service or action. The kiosk is overpriced and needs exact change making it extremely inconvenient. Whilst some aspects were ok and many of the staff and cleaners are lovely l, overall there were too many issues and we unfortunately won't be back here again.

INCONSISTENCY OF BATH TOWELS HAD TO ASK SEVERAL TIMES. HOT WATER WOULD SHUT OFF HAD TO ASK MAINT EVERY TWO DAYS!

Not the best place to stay for longer period

In the room the towels were not clean and was not hotel standard. Funny thing is you need to pay $50.00 bond. The mattress had plastic cover which made funny noise when you turn. The bad sheets were very dirty. Pillows had bad smell. Staff for breakfast arrived late.

Dirty noisy checked in only to open room door and then rooms a mess had Not been done up. Got shifted to another wing and room and that was in a bad state. Wouldn’t stay again

So the front office staff appears to be very rude and unprofessional. I don’t think it’s worth going to this place. I highly discourage people from going to this place.
