It was neutral, they could pay more attention to details especially to do with cleaning. Someone else hair left as a ball in the shower as you see in the photo, I have left it as it is the first night to see if it will be picked up the next day but no so I had to ask them to send someone to the room they didn’t then I went downstairs and showed them the photo and demanded to send someone right away and collect it.
