the guy who worked in the morning spoke to me as if I owed him money or something, very unprofessional. Plus it was overpriced, and they charged me an extra "government tax fee" in the morning when I have already paid everything the previous night.

GBI liked how clean the beds were an organised. I like the fact that we could rent the whole spa for an affordable price. I like the variety of the food. And how kind and polite the staff were.
I didn’t like that the view of the room looked at the road. It was too noisy. I couldn’t enjoy staying in the balcony. I didn’t like the fact that the outdoor swimming pool wasn’t open. I should’ve been informed before I made the booking but at least when I made the booking. So I could cancel it because I really wanted an outdoor pool also it was really hard taking the shower because the water keeps coming out of the showers and goes through the room. There is no barrier for the water to stay in the shower, besides the door, but also the door doesn’t contain the water inside.
