"Excellent service, beautiful and clean rooms, but the Food was not nice at all"

The rooms where beautiful, service was excellent

The food, the room teabags were not wrapped, in a family room there was only 1 tea cup with no teaspoon, they only gave us 1 toilet roll for a family room

"Worst breakfast"

The place is clean and tidy and the security guys were so helpful and so kind they are the best also with the receptionist girls

The breakfast worst ever breakfast we had the lady make it worse, making us feel uncomfortable staring at us as if we stealing the breakfast , her attitude is disgusting..i dont know if she is a manager or supervisor..she will play music on her fone loudly sitting there with her funny look , you need to train staff how to handle guests ,a bit of a smile won't kill if she can apply one on her face
