Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman by IHG

I cannot say enough great things about this hotel and staff. They treat us like family. We've been there multiple times and they know us by name and they also know our kids' names. They always go out of their way to say hi and play with our kids. The accommodations are top notch. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. I've never been to a hotel that is so clean at any time of the year...busy season and off season. The pool is perfect for kids and adults. Every restaurant at the hotel is delicious and oh my goodness the coffee cafe! The best coffee on the island. I'd love to give a shout out to some of the staff...Front desk -Chanze (she is absolutely fabulous and we'd be lost without her) and Chelsa is the sweetest. Paul, Danu, Miguel, Lwandi and the gentleman from Sri Lanka that I can't remember his name...they are so kind and treat us like royalty when we arrive and leave the hotel. The grounds guys, Vick and Newton, again, fabulous and go out of their way to make sure we're comfortable.....I know I'm missing some folks, but truly all are amazing and I look forward to seeing them as much as I look forward to visiting the Island. You will not be disappointed by staying here.

Modern hotel with great amenities and friendly staff. Good restaurants and a rooftop bar.

Hands down , five stars! This was our fourth visit to Grand Cayman and we typically stay at the Kimpton Sea fire resort, which is right next-door. Being that it was spring break the rates were super high so we decided to try out the indigo and we are so happy that we did. The Hotel is well appointed and definitely has a luxurious feel, all of the staff at the door who help with the luggage and transportation are all exceptional. Front Desk staff was amazing. They gave the cutest plush turtles to our kids upon arrival. It was our son‘s eighth birthday and the hotel set up a lovely amenity for my son and every time we had a meal every server we came across was so attentive and knew that it wasour son‘s birthday and made it extra special for him. The staff at the restaurant are absolutely amazing people, special shout out to Romy and one of the managers there, unfortunately I forgot his name, but he is from the Philippines and he was so attentive and remembered us every day and was just so pleasant to come across each day when we went for a meal. But everybody in the restaurant was just absolutely amazing and the food was phenomenal. We actually went over to sea Fire for dinner one night and was a little disappointed. We would’ve rather had dinner back at Catalina in the hotel. And considering it was spring break, the Hotel did a very good job in accommodating such a large capacity. We had such a great time we actually just booked our next trip to return in July.

This is a beautiful property. Great location, the rooms are so very clean, spacious and well appointed. The entire staff are amazingly attentive and friendly. Top three ever, and we an older couple who have always traveled a lot.

Hotel Indigo was an amazing experience. The customer service was the best. The facilities, pool and restaurants were phenomenal. We have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. The hotel staff were the best we have experienced in our travels.

I have nothing but good things to say about everything that was within their control, but the view definitely is a small detractor. We knew what we were getting going into the trip, but therefore I can’t give it 5 stars when the hotel is built behind a public beach parking lot. Admittedly, the hotel does a great job obscuring this when you are on resort, and you can’t see it most of the time from the pool, but it’s pretty obvious from your room. Just from that standpoint alone, I would suggest booking the Kimpton next door if you can. While the beach access and loungers are good, I also believe the Kimpton’s are slightly better. View aside, everything else is wonderful. The staff and service are wonderful, housekeeping is some of the best and nicest people I have run across, the property is beautifully planted, and the pool is wonderful. Our room was modern, very spacious, clean, and in excellent condition. Showers were great and bed was comfortable.

5 for sure this hotel was so accommodating and in top of there guest I loved every experience ce from breakfast to dinner Catalina great .
