The staff are really friendly and helpful.

The bed is a bit old, so I could feel the metal spring below.

I arrived at this hotel at 11pm and only upon arrival that the staff told me that they were overbooked. I asked the manager to assist me in looking for another accommodation as it was in the middle of the night and I was not familiar with the area but he told me that it was my own problem. I told them that they could have tried calling to inform me via my local number that was in my booking and they could've called to ensure that I knew but again, he shrugged off responsibility. As a solo traveling female, I feel that the hotel and its manager could have minimally helped me in looking for another accommodation instead of just stranding me outside their hotel. Would never recommend this hotel. I can't imagine if I had a child or elderly with me on a family holiday.

Comfortable rooms and beds, nice pool and friendly staff.

Staff is very polite, at your service 24h. Have nice swimming pool. Property is few years old.

Rooms are not so clean, sheets and towels have yellow stains.
