It was a really pleasant stay. I especially appreciated how clean and quiet the apartment was , it made it very comfortable to relax and sleep well. The kitchen is very well equipped; even though I don’t usually cook, it has everything you might need if you want to. Another highlight was being able to unwind in the evenings and watch films, as there is access to Netflix.

I usually try to notice even small drawbacks that could help improve the service, but in this case there was very little to mention. The only minor issue was that there were some leftover items in the fridge and oven. It wasn’t a big deal for me since I didn’t use them, but it might be worth checking before new guests arrive. Aside from that, everything was excellent and I didn’t encounter any other problems.

Location. While the finishes are visually appealing, in reality, the overall experience does not match the appearance. Guests are also required to take out their own trash, which should be clearly communicated in advance. The only positive aspect worth mentioning is the door lock system, which was convenient and modern.

There was noticeable sewage smell in the apartment, similar to toilet odor, suggesting that the plumbing is not properly done. The property is not suitable for families. There were many guests staying for parties, mostly groups of men, which created a very disturbing and uncomfortable environment. Several apartments had people arriving as late as 2 AM, causing significant noise. Additionally, guests from other units were attempting to connect their Apple accounts to my TV, which made it impossible to use. The WiFi was very poor, and there were not enough bedding sheets provided.
