Buena ubicación, con facilidad para llegar a todas partes en auto. El jardín con la piscina es hermoso. El estilo antiguo del hotel es muy agradable. Muy rico el desayuno y bastante completo.

Estuvo todo bien.

Staff was extremely helpful. You can even give them your laundry in the morning and getting it back folded nicely a few hours later. The whole place has a South American vibe, which makes you really feel on vacation. The lunch room is huge and open 24/7 with coffee, tea, hot water and milk, and relaxing music.

Breakfast needs improvement. No elevator but the staff is hapoy to carry your luggage.

It didn’t match up with what was advertised on Expedia. Much below my expectations. The walls and doors are thin, so you hear everything. The air conditioning / heater unit is so loud that you can’t keep it on while you sleep. Although the staff was very nice, no one speaks English. It’s a room with a bed, running water, toilet, and a shower. But even that is giving it more praise than it deserves. The door only locks with the key, from both sides. So if you had to get out of the room in an emergency, you must locate your key and unlock the door first. I would not stay here again.
