Nós gostamos de tudo! Desde a recepção até o checkout. Apartamento bem equipado e aconchegante. Ótima localização, bairro tranquilo e familiar. Super recomendo e com certeza será meu lugar em Assunção.

Acho que já está na hora de trocar os travesseiros 🫣. Deveria ter o dobro de toalhas de banho e de pano de prato na cozinha e um dispenser de hidratante corporal no banheiro. São apenas apontamentos sugestivos, do qual faz diferença. Mas deixando claro que a falta dessas coisas não interferem na qualidade da estadia, pois possui toalha e pano de prato, mas apenas 1 de cada. 🤗

Reception staff very friendly, helpful and professional. Pool, gym, and sauna all very good, although sauna area still under construction. Room was adequate for a studio, with washing machine, electrical stove/oven, coffee maker, microwave and utensils. Large Bathroom with enclosed shower, good water pressure and hot water. Comfortable mattress, small balcony and cozy sofa. Good air conditioner.

The apartment is well used with scuffed walls and stains on the furniture. The hallway often reeks of garbage. Parking is not free and space is limited.

10 mn walk to del Sol and Paseo de la Galeria. the bed was of good quality although small me being a +size and my wife is a tight fit.

The rooms are really small. as soon you start moving you'll bump into something. we had a one bedroom. the bed talkes the entirety of the floor space. le "living room" we hade to move a chair on the balcony to move around. the first apartment the AC didn't work. the second apartment the wifi didn't work. it took 3 nights to get all the promissed services the staff was professional and supporting during the ordeal though 👍
