Bonnie , the hostile ambassador was really great. Communicated the rules and how everything works effectively. She was attentive about cleanliness keeping a clean environment for everyone .

I booked for 2adults and when I got there was told only one adult was booked and was promised a refund I havenât received yet

USThe host/the person who takes care of the room was very nice and front going. She clearly cares about how everyone should feel welcome which made the stay a lot more enjoyable
USI dint like nothing everything was horrible
I dint like that they had a VOlUNTEER ambassador BONNY in the room acting like sheâs the nanny of us all , controlling the room saying her rules and regulations listen I book this room if the owner dint tell me donât talk to me . She leaves the door open itâs brick cold out talking bout itâs makes her sleep good at night .. wel wat about everybody else. It was all the wrong things. Sheâs touching everybody stuff u canât put nothing down without her touching it .it was so many wrong things wit this picture .. I donât kno if the owner shud shut the hostel down they got people off the street living there for free.. controlling space , time the lights I had to tell her u donât pay light bill. Stop it âŠ.. but it was. A terrible stay. Everyday it was something knew it was crazy. The stove wasnât working I bout all this food n drinks I bought went to waste. No organziation in 319 I personally donât need a. Babysitter to babysit me Iâm grown. I wanit a. Refund but I dint have time to let em mohttt
