Lovely location, good sized rooms, beautiful property, helpful staff

Needs a manager to ensure proper maintenance and service

The property was beautiful, very cozy and at a convenient location . The staff were very good and the food was delicious. We loved the stay.

I was a bit concerned about making a booking as it had such few reviews. Very glad I did. The house is situated in a gorgeous place, with beautiful very well looked after gardens surrounded by tea plantations and hills. What a variety of birds! The house itself is an old colonial house and has been beautifully maintained. It has original old furniture also in pristine condition. We had our meals in the large dining room. The food was great and can be chosen from a menu. The staff are very keen to please and very polite.

The staff was so attentive especially Reshma at the front desk who was so helpful in logistics.

Kitchen was a little slow but very good. So we learned to build in some extra time and it worked out just fine.

Quiet and out of town in the middle of the tea plantation. The food was plentiful and excellent quality; yummy.
