Their services especially the valet parking which is quite rare to get.The rooms were clean and looked aesthetically very pretty.

There’s a major foul smell which is there throughout the stay .YOU GUYS NEED TO REALLY FOCUS ON THE BREAKFAST AS IT WAS THE SAME MENU ALL THE 3 days

Very good hotel, comfortable bedroom and quiet bedroom. The breakfast buffet is good with options and staff always willing to take care. The room service ans housekeeping team of Ms Mani was fantastic, they made sure all our needs were met and we had a remarkable experience. The location is away from market area, but good for those seeking quiet surroundings. The pool, games room and fitness centre were decent and useful. Overall we had a great time at Citadines.

I found bit of odour from sewerage in basement parking area, also floor in pool area is slippery as tiles are not outdoor rated tiles. There was no balcony or patio as mentioned on booking.com but booking.com customer care resolved this for me.
