Приветливый, дружелюбный персонал, расположение удобное, симпатичный холл.

Вода из горячего крана еле шла всю неделю. В одной из комнат постель была с пятнами, пыль по углам, нашла дохлого таракана. На завтраке еда была холодная. Запах затхлости и канализации в одном номере.

Очень понравился высокий уровень сервиса — персонал вежливый, внимательный и всегда готов помочь. Номер был чистый, уютный, со всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. Отдельно отмечу удобную кровать и тишину — выспалась отлично 😊 Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные, всё свежее. Атмосфера в отеле спокойная и приятная, чувствуется забота о гостях.
