Lack of proper Beach, some bedsheets were stained, run down facilities (pool), lack of good activities e.g., bicycles are provided but there are no sights to visit etc.

Wir haben in dieser Hotelanlage einen traumhaften Urlaub gehabt. Es handelt sich um eine wunderschöne natürliche Anlage ca. 1 Stunde Autofahrt von der Fähre gelegen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Mangrove Sea View Villa. Ein umfangreiches Frühstücksangebot ist inklusive. Das Restaurant bietet verschiedenste preiswerte Gerichte, Desserts und Getränke an. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Weiterhin kann ein Fahrer gebucht werden für Tagesausflüge zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel. Dieses Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert!

The tree rooom is unique and clean,they also provide the fridge as my request and I like coconut water very fresh and nice banana fritter.

The beach isn't maintained at all which is a shame as there is a lot of trash Free shuttle is a false claim as you have to pay quite a lot unless you arrive at one specific time of the day, which is odd as that isn't mentioned anywhere when you book. Prices are quite steep for the tiny portions. Early check in is also a confusing concept as we paid additional to be checked in and then had to wait quite a while for the room to be ready even though the resort was practically empty. Additionally, there was a mouse in our room which is slightly concerning but I guess that happens....Overall nice location, just wish some things were more transparent and the beach was made accessible.

Wir verbrachten insgesamt fünf Nächte im Bintan Exotika Resort und hatten auf unserer dreiwöchigen Malaysia-Indonesien-Reise hier das erste Mal das Gefühl, dass sich das Team wirklich um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und aufgebettet, wir bekamen frische Handtücher und auf Nachfrage sogar Poolhandtücher. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück, das à la carte bestellt werden konnte – es gab verschiedene Menüs und auch individuelle Wünsche wurden gerne erfüllt. Auch die Küche im Allgemeinen war ausgezeichnet. Positiv war der kostenlose Shuttleservice vom Fährterminal zum Resort. Für die Rückfahrt mussten wir jedoch eine andere Zeit wählen und erfuhren erst einen Tag vor der Abreise, dass diese Fahrt kostenpflichtig sei – hier wäre mehr Transparenz hilfreich gewesen. Insgesamt aber ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit vielen positiven Aspekten und einer sehr zuvorkommenden Küche. 🌿🍽️

Etwas schade war, dass die Poolbar während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes geschlossen blieb, auch wenn Getränke auf Wunsch dorthin geliefert wurden. Die Gartenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und wird täglich gereinigt, allerdings wäre es wünschenswert, wenn auch der Strand und die Mangroven unterhalb der Treehouses stärker gepflegt würden, um den Gesamteindruck abzurunden.

Very secluded location for total relaxation. We had the garden view villa. Although back was near the road, it was totally quiet after 10 pm. Beautiful, calming, relaxing environment. All villa were timber design and very rustic. Food was reasonably priced and excellent with continental and local varieties. Staff was very friendly and helpful and immediate action to any issue. Swimming pool, free bicycles were great. Mangroves on the beach were good for photo shoot.

Cannot really swim on the beach but not an issue
