The upstairs people were very noisy, had a hard time sleeping, otherwise everything was good, staff went above and beyond to accommodate us as we had messed up our dates

not a deal breaker but a pen and paper and clock would help. cannot make local calls without requiring receptionist assistance for my 12 day stay I had to sign into wifi everyday no option to set it for 12 days

Bedsheet has black spots and pillows has dirty marks , the room has some damp smells. But location is good and friendly staffs .
