Reception available 24/7 , quiet area. 1 min walk from cathedral which is amazing and you're only few steps away from shopping and restaurants/ coffee shops. I had extend my stay and that took me only a message which is amazing. Great service and place to stay.

Upon arrival, we found the main building's door locked and received no instructions from the host beforehand. Upon contacting the host directly, I was disappointed by the poor level of customer service and the explanation provided: that check-in instructions were withheld due to unpaid city tax. This reasoning seemed irrelevant, as the property description stated that the city tax was paid on-site. Only after paying the city tax fee provided via a link did we receive check-in details, which seemed absurd. Additionally, despite the property advertised as suitable for four adults, the sofa bed was tiny and broken, suggesting the host was aware but had not addressed the issue. This lack of customer service and disregard for property maintenance is concerning. A suggestion for improvement would be to prioritise customer service and address maintenance issues promptly.
