Millennium Place Doha

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room had a lovely, cosy design with a beautifully finished interior. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was modern, spotless, and well maintained. I visited during the peak of summer, so I didn't get the chance to use the outdoor pool, but I did use the indoor pool. It was clean and refreshing, perfect for cooling off after a hot day. It's not particularly large, but it was more than adequate for a relaxing swim. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. It was also great to have a Korean BBQ restaurant located within the hotel, which was very convenient and worth trying. The location is another plus, with West Bay and major shopping destinations such as Festival City Mall only around 20 minutes away. Overall, I would happily recommend this hotel and would consider staying here again.

The only aspects that felt a little unusual were the breakfast arrangement and the room view. Rather than having a traditional breakfast buffet, breakfast had to be ordered to the room. This wasn't necessarily a negative, but I personally missed having the option of a buffet with a wider selection and the flexibility to choose what I felt like each morning. The room also didn't offer much of a view, as the windows looked directly onto another part of the building, with nearby rooms in clear sight. As a result, I found myself keeping the curtains closed for most of the day for privacy. Neither of these points detracted significantly from my stay, but they're worth keeping in mind depending on your preferences.
