Hotel Paseo del Sol

El personal muy amable con respecto a la comida necesitan mejorar mucho , las recámaras muy bonitas y limpias con excepción de las camas muy viejas he incómodas para dormir debido al mal estado ; el hotel está en remodelación pienso q al terminar quedará mejor el parqueo muy conveniente

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The hotel is extremely dated and they are currently renovating. There was construction noise promptly in the morning and into the evening. They played loud music constantly. The food was disgusting and the pools were dirty. You can tell they don’t clean them. We had insects in the room and the shower was clogged. The hammocks looked gross. They clearly don’t clean this property. Stay somewhere else.

It was very dirty . Shower door missing . Breakfast was supposed to be included and they didn’t have any available food

No valía el aire acondicionado, el flujo de agua era mínimo, el desayuno empezó tarde, mala decisión quedarse en este lugar

I highly recommend not staying here. We checked in staff didn’t help with luggage up the stairs. We go out to the pool area and the pool is disgusting. Takes forever to get a menu or waiter. Ordered food nothing good about it. Great go upstairs to get ready for bed and shower/brush teeth and it’s salty water. They don’t have filtered water the rooms are so small and nothing good about them. We ended up just leaving and stay elsewhere because it wasn’t worth it to us at all. It was so bad we left 2 days early and lost over $200 dollars.

The location is very convenient , beautiful amenities. Good food . The staff were very friendly and always be attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.

For the first time of me visiting Costa del Sol this hotel did not disappoint. The staff as amazing the attentions they game me & my family since we stepped in the property was unbelievable. This place gave me a great experience visiting this country & I will definitely come back 100!!!

Property was under expansion construction so it was not as nice as the pictures. Staff was amazing. Food needs works. Although fish was good. Areas of cabanas need some love with missing floor tiles.
