Location is walking everywhere

Very amenities and good location

Staff felt little cold, may be the problem with the culture in the country itself. Loud bangings in the middle of the night and someone was talking on the phone. Not an issue with the facility, but the guests itself.

The hotel manager is extremely kind and helpful

Everything, this one is amongst the group of perfect hostels out there. It offers everything a traveler may expect from a hostel and it does it in perfection. This was my second stay and if I ever return to Bishkek it will be my natural choice.

The staff were really friendly, and helped everyone. The location was really good with many shops and restaurants nearby, as well as bus connections. It had a perfect social atmosphere, not overwhelming or party, but a good place to chat and connect over shared travel plans. The bed was comfy and the room was a good size. And the place was always clean, the cleaner was friendly and came everyday so it was nice. The cats were adorable 🩷

The staff went above and beyond to help however they could and were kind and friendly (from helping me book my bus ticket to Tashkent; answering all my questions and if they weren’t sure, they researched answers to questions I had on how to get from point A to point B and trying to connect me with people who could help/were going the same way; trying to accommodate me/other guests however they could to ensure our comfort, helping me call my Yandex to the bus station to Tashkent, offering to speak to the driver in Russian since I was running late, the list goes on!). Major shout out to the Indian receptionist especially who helped me with a majority of these things (sorry I didn’t catch your name but it might be Ravi - he seriously deserves a raise for being so so helpful and making my experience at this hostel exceptional! On top of this, the facilities were nice, clean, cozy, and aesthetic. The hostel is well located and walking distance to many attractions in the city and right next to a bus stop. There’s many other travelers around, so plenty of opportunity to socialize.

WiFi was down for a day and a half and weak at times, but otherwise fine and worked well enough.

Süper bir hostel, lokasyonu, tasarımı, kedileri, temizliği ve muhteşem mutfağının yanısıra çalışanları da harika. Turistik info ve sosyal ortamı da cabası. Uzun dönem kalanlar var. Bişkek’te başka bir hostelde de kalmıştım, burayı daha çok beğendim. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
