Orient Hotel Bishkek

Очень хорошее расположение и отзывчивый персонал. Хорошая уборка номера. Довольно хорошие завтраки с отличным видом на горы. На просьбу продлить проживание на 7 дней ответили мгновенно и позитивно, так же, как и на просьбу заменить две раздельные кровати на одну большую.

Очень не понравился шумный кондиционер в номере, который невозможно выключить. На две просьбы починить ответили отказом, и предложили другой номер, но econom класса вместо suite, на что я ответил отказом и не мог нормально выспаться. Прачечная работает быстро, но не очень качественно.

Заветренная невкусная еда

Comfortable, well-located hotel with great views from its restaurant I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and and the bathroom is spotlessly clean. One of the highlights was definitely the restaurant on the 10th floor, which offers a stunning view to Bishkek and the surrounding mountains. The breakfast selection was good, with plenty of fresh and tasty options to choose from. I also really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff and and there is even an onsite currency exchange office in the building. Overall, it’s a great place to stay—comfortable, well-located, and with a beautiful view. I’d definitely recommend it and would happily return.

The only downside was the slow Wi-Fi, which could be improved.
