Die Lage direkt am am Wasser und gegenüber der Insel Muhu ist sehr schön. Auch die Ausrichtung besonders der zum Wasser ausgerichteten Zelte ist außergewöhnlich! Sehr toll ist auch, dass es eine sehr angenehme Sauna gibt!

Einiges ist noch nicht komplett fertig, wie Tür- und Fensterverputzung. Auch die Küche ist noch ausbaufähig. Das Frühstückskonzept mit bestellfähigen Eier- und Müsligerichten ist etwas einfach, aber gut; dies soll demnächst verbessert werden.
