Very bad experience. I booked and fully paid for the room through Booking.com, received confirmation, and when I arrived at the hotel they refused to let me in because they claimed I had paid too little. They told me to leave even though my reservation was confirmed and paid. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable service. I do not recommend this hotel.

They told me to leave even though my reservation was confirmed and paid. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable service. I do not recommend this hotel. Be careful when booking here, because even a confirmed and paid reservation may not guarantee you a room. You could easily end up stranded late at night with your luggage and nowhere to stay.

Very comfortable, good location and helpful staff

Der self-checkin hat super funktioniert, genau wie die Kommunikation. Das Personal war sehr höflich, das Zimmer sauber und gemütlich.

Der Parkplatz ist recht eng und das WLAN hat nicht funktioniert.
