Nice location, nice staff, clean, and even there was a sink problem, it was fixed right away.

Great place with a wonderful view of garden, beach and runway. Located in Maho village, walking distance from 2 beaches. Number of dining options.

Great location for watching aircraft; probably the best there is. Good views from the room balcony, but the raised area near the pool was unsurpassable.

The hotel is in a convenient area near Maho Beach. The street that the hotel is on has some late night restaurants and a market to grab some items. The rooms are out dated but it did not bother me much because it gives an authentic vibe, was clean and honestly most of the fun happens outside so I was barely in my room during the day. Overall, this is the hotel if you want to stay somewhere affordable near Maho Beach. If you want the private beach and pool area with the bar, go to the La Plage across the street instead. However, you are allowed to go across the street there and enjoy those amenities anyways.
