3 bedroom Caravan pets free linen included

The location

It was nothing like the pictures (they need updating)… it’s very dated, marks all over the carpet, curtains & sofa. The showers have black mould around them, the shared shower leaked and the door wouldn’t close properly. There was dust on all the small skirtings & behind the doors. It was very difficult to lock the entrance door from the inside & outside. Lightbulbs missing in the double bedroom and light in shared bathroom didn’t work No Hoover, not that we would have used the kitchen due to cleanliness but there was insufficient cutlery/ kitchen equipment to use for the 6 people it should cater for.

top of fridge dirty, toilet and shower not thoroughly cleaned . net curtains in lounge frayed. cups in cupboard dirty and had to clean before use. A lot of stains on carpet. Not worth the money we paid.

The caravan was in a lovely location. The layout of the caravan was lovely and bed linen was clean. Well equipped and spacious.

The caravan was dusty, tv wasn't working when we got there but was rectified, ensuite shower had tape round it and leaked. Smelt a but fusty.

Impressed with caravan layout and it’s location. Loved sitting out on the decking in the afternoon and evening

Initially, not being told that 5ere was a knack to opening the front door. This was rectified. Lacked personal touches e.g. folder of things linked to/with caravan - helpful addresses and contact numbers, oven trays e.g to cook pizza, enough dishes & cutlery for 6 people

It was modern and looked pleasant with comfortable sofas and lots of space.

We couldn't get any hot water so I only had 1 freezing cold shower. No light in the main bathroom. I went to sleep in one of the bedrooms nearest the kitchen and the pillow smelt unwashed ( spicy food). There were no fans and it was unbearably hot in the day so we had to go out both days. Some of the bowls, plates and cutlery had food stains on them.

Location

We had to move the beds to accommodate travel cots they were disgusting underneath, it hadn’t been hoovered properly , the shower in the main bedroom didn’t work properly all the cupboards were dirty on top as we are tall we could see everything, one of the light bulbs in one bedroom had gone we couldn’t use the gas fire as that didn’t look safe to use
