Two point thats i didn’t liked: The room is not isolated u can hear the people walking at corridor also from outside if u pic room with balcony Second point: No room service i had to go down to restaurant to order a simple juice

Staff not helpful and not professional

-Very dirty and smelly bed -Receptionist never answer the calls and only one staff was available during night peak hours. -Room telephone not working -AC not working properly and the room was slightly humid. -Room services No one answer our requests to get extra blankets -We checked in around 07:00pm and checked out around 12:30 due very bad experience with cleanliness of the room and the staff.

1-الفراش مستهلك 2- والقنفه فيها وصخ ظاهره اول مره سكنت فيه قبل سنتين كان رااائع؛ انا الان مستهلك المفروض يكون اهتمام بالنظافه اكثر 3- الغرف الدور الاول مطله على المطاعم مكشوفه على البلكونه حجزت بلكونه عشان ارتاح ولكن كنت مقيده بسبب المطاعم
