The location was good, otherwise nothing else

I honestly don’t know where to start with Arabella Hotel Kuwait — one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We arrived in Kuwait around 10:30 AM, tired from traveling, only to be greeted by the slowest check-in process imaginable. The receptionist (Jagadish) took 20–30 minutes just to handle a basic check-in. Painfully slow doesn’t even begin to describe it. Then comes the worst part: we were told all rooms were “dirty” and the hotel was “fully booked,” and that check-in would only be at 3 PM. Fine, we said we’d wait. Literally TWO minutes later, suddenly a room is magically available — but only if we pay 25 KD extra. So which is it? Fully booked and dirty, or available for a price? This is not about the money — it’s about honesty. Just say upfront: “Early check-in costs 25 KD.” Don’t lie and then switch the story when you see an opportunity to charge more. That kind of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. The reception team overall? Extremely slow and disorganized. Easily the worst front desk experience I’ve had anywhere. To be fair, the hotel itself is actually clean, new, rooms are spacious, and the location is great. But none of that matters when the first impression is this bad and the service is this poor. Would I come back? Absolutely not. Would I recommend it? Not a chance. Management seriously needs to fix their front desk operations and train their staff on basic honesty and efficiency

حمام السباحه فوق السطح وعميق وغير مندرج بالعمق ويوجد حمام سباحه آخر ولكن خاص للنادي لا يوجد حمام سباحه خاص للأطفال والغرف جدا صغيره ولايوجد بها حوض حمام والمرافق عاديه
