Sea Village

Good Location, good facilities - pool and hot tub. Liked the lanai where we could watch the cruise ship and sunset. Parking is easy.

The office closed early and staff were functional but could be more welcoming and caring. There are ceiling fans and standup fans to provide cooling and these had been put on prior to our arrival to cool the apartment. However these were extremely noisy making it difficult to sleep and the apartment was too hot not to use them constantly. Air con is an extra cost and considering electric costs we understand this. However, quieter fans are needed - the bedroom ceiling fan was unusable due to the noise it made. We were on the first floor and were woken late at night and early morning by loud conversations as other guests went up the stairs. The location of the bedroom is near the stairs. The lounge TV was badly placed a distance from the sitting area making it unusable. Much to our surprise and disappointment only a small bar of soap was provided - no shampoo or conditioner. We travel and stay at hotels all round the world and this is the first time we have found this gap in provisions. We had a swim kit with us included a biodegradable wash/shampoo/conditioner and used this. However it is unlikely that most tourists would carry this with them. This downgrades the facility and the cost saved surely cannot justify the inconvenience to guests.

Great location. Pool, Hot tub, we're fantastic. Plenty of room to stay the week.

Two bedrooms and large living/dining area overlooking a beautiful view of the ocean. The unit was equipped with anything you would need. Pool and hot tub pleasant and not over-crowded. Staff friendly and helpful.

Location was quiet and serene, but a little far to walk to restaurants and shops.
