Twenty One Suites

I paid €400 for a night. Expecting a lot. But this property ruined my whole trip experience. Not assigning booking room type, as the room is not occupied, but under renovation. they shouldn’t release the availability at the beginning. As mentioned that the renovation is not only 1 room, it would be all 3 rooms together, dust were everywhere, strong smell and super dirty. WIFI was not working at ALL, when we stay in the cave, even 4G/5G internet was blocked as well, we mostly open the door or sit outside the room for internet. USB electric socket is not functioning. All of the above were just little things compare to the following happened. As I mention that the whole property was under renovation. At almost midnight 23:15 exhaust fan stopped, but the room was filled with nasty smell like Formaldehyde or Thinner, I was woken up at around 01:30 by the strong pungent odor. We open the door at the middle of the night to just breathe, had a thought of sleep in the car instead. After several hours of torment, suddenly a huge explosion sound was made which startled us, it was too scary for us the found out the reason at 03:00 night. (A bottle of water explode in fridge, we found on morning) After all night long, I had a moment where I felt I was going to die under the breathing the formaldehyde smell all night long. I AM HIGHLY complaint to this hotel & HOTEL.COM should never work with such property to influence your word of mouth.

Nikos was absolutely fantastic and did everything to help us. The maid was very helpful and cleaned the rooms very well. The place is in a very good location in oia. All the restaurants and shops are walking distance.

Our main concern was the room itself. The room doesn’t not have a single window. The description mentioned it’s a cave but we didn’t anticipate this. If you are claustrophobic this is definitely not for you.On top of that there is an indoor jacuzzi which for some reason is filled with chlorinated water. I have never seen indoor jacuzzis filled with chlorinated water before. Imagine an indoor pool with chlorine without any windows or ventilation. My wife started feeling irritation in her throat and eyes. We couldn’t sleep there at all. On our second day we had to move to a new hotel nearby. There is an outdoor hot tub but it was never hot. I want to emphasize that Nikos did everything to help us. Also offered us another room but all them had an indoor chlorinated pool.

Location -absolutely stunning! Especially for sunrise views and views of the caldera -easily accessible near the main road. only a few steps unlike other hotels -situated near the main walkway of Oia. You can walk all the way to the Oia castle in about 15 mins. Amenities/service -plunge pool was awesome for a relaxing day dip with views -rooms were as pictured & looked beautiful -shower had great pressure & was HOT -maid service was great & provided us with new towels & organized our stuff each day -free breakfast was delivered each morning from the Luno Cafe a short walk away -host was helpful and answered very quickly

There’s a few things that could have really elevated our stay. Some that TwentyOne suites can correct & others we just didn’t expect. We stayed in the smaller PEGASUS room -the room layout is not practical for two people, especially in the bathroom area. -there’s one tiny mirror & a small sink and no room at all to place toiletries for getting ready. -There’s a mini fridge situated right in front of the sink that just doesn’t need to be there -two people getting ready felt extremely crammed -the room needs a larger full body mirror -Wi-Fi and service were incredibly spotty and worked only half the time -floors were very slippery especially outside by the plunge pool so be careful -both “hot tubs” should be called pools because they weren’t hot at all. We tried getting in at night and they were just too cold to enjoy. Perfect during the day though. -the room has no windows - go figure, it’s a cave room. We just didn’t realize we wouldn’t like that until we got there -no ventilation and gets pretty muggy after a shower. -has a slight wet stench in the room that seeps into the bedding as well due to the indoor tub -the power went out in just our hotel for one night and a bright emergency light turned on. Made for a very unpleasant sleep. The couple next to us ended up moving their bedding & slept outside where it was dark until they got the power back on.

The place is amazing, perfect location & great host, We had an incredible experience there and will visit again for sure.

Fantastic Locartion. With luggage it didn’t take much effort to get into the room. Nikos was excellent to communicate and was very helpful.

Little-bit more guidance will be fine to locate the property.

A spectacular location with prime view of the Caldera for this high-end accommodation located in Oia, one of the main attractions of Santorini. A place to enjoy calm and relaxation. All was perfect, from arrival to departure, and we wish to thank Nikos for taking so good care of us !

Oia is a prime tourist location, and there are crowds of people moving in the small streets during the day. But being there in the morning and night, when it is quiet, makes the suits so much more valuable.

Beautiful location, clean rooms, incredible breakfast, great staff, Nikos was top-tier. Highly recommend!
