It’s beyond beautiful. The location is perfect, it’s everything we could’ve hoped for. Morphos is wonderful and so friendly, the whole experience was amazing.

There is nothing I don’t like

Please trust other comments on all platform as we should have. It took me a few weeks to write this review because I was deeply hurt by how they coldly ruined our honeymoon. It should have been the best stay of our life and it was the worst. When we arrived the (very small) jacuzzi had a technical issue (no light at all, see pictures) and all the other rooms were fully booked. They did not offer any compensation for that and ask us to still pay full price. !! Even worse: there was mold in the shower (see pictures) and the Air Conditionning was leaking onto electric cables and outlets (see pictures as well) !! We have initially booked 2 nights. Since the other rooms were booked they said they cannot compensate this first night but we can either be moved to another room for the 2nd night, either decide to leave and they will surely refund us this second night. We, of course, chose to leave and when we checked out they said « we never offer any refund, even if you leave we will keep the money ». We called BOOKING support and they tried to help but the local manager was literally lying and making up things (inventing they changed our room, they decorated it for honeymoon when they did not even say « congrats »), yelling at us « THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM, I AM NOT THE OWNER OF THE HOTEL SO I DO NOT CARE IF YOU LEAVE OR GET A REFUND ». We felt fooled, disrespected and desperate. Last but not least, the picture will make you believe the external hot tub/swimming pools are in the extension of the bedroom, but it’s not ! It’s really misleading (the other customer’s comments). To access your « private » hot tub / swimming pool, you have to go out of your room, cross the small courtyard, and all the three pools (1 related to each room) are right next to each other, along the edge of the busy alley where tourists walk by and watch you.

It had an amazing view and was walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

After the cleaning of the jacuzzi the odor of chlorine was a little strong.

My first visit to Santorini included a stay at Twenty One Suites, a small property with only three rooms. Unfortunately, the experience began on a stressful note due to the lack of a clear check-in process or front desk. This made finding the property difficult, especially in the heat having to go up and down the Caldera. With some assistance, we eventually located the suites. We opted for private transportation from the airport to the suites, as arranging it directly through the accommodation was almost double the price. Upon arrival, it became clear that the online photos did not fully match the reality. The suites were less private than expected; they share a courtyard, and the sunbeds are placed on a staircase rather than directly in front of the rooms. Additionally, the courtyard opens to a public path, resulting in frequent foot traffic from tourists taking photos, which detracts from the privacy. On the positive side, the location offers stunning views of Oia, capturing the iconic scenery that Santorini is famous for. The rooms themselves are spacious, and it’s only a 10-15 minute walk to the center of Oia and nearby supermarkets. The private jacuzzi in the suite was a nice feature, though by the end of our stay, the strong chlorine smell had permeated our belongings. The room wasn’t cleaned as thoroughly as expected, and there were small insects and baby geckos present. Bedding and towels were only changed when requested multiple times.

The cave is absolutely out of this world, and the view from it is just breathtaking!! The beds inside and out are extremely comfortable, you are not overlooked when bathing as you are in most of the resort's in Oia. An you are literally a stone throw away from the centre of Oia, so prefect for your stay,highly recommend and would definitely return.

The outside pool is a bit warm, I realise it's a hot tub. But when it's 30degrees outside it would be nice to dip into a cool pool to cool off..but it was still lovely

Wifi and signal suck! There is also an air purifier / circulation machine that is on all day, extremely noisy. Turns off from 12 midnight to 8 am (Morpho was kind enough to push it to 9 am) so you can’t sleep beyond that time! AC doesn t cool enough even when set to to the coolest temperature.
