Amazing views and scenery, modern gers with hot water and very comfortable beds. The staff were also very friendly and was such a pleasant stay!

I had the most amazing experience at Yeruu Lodge and cannot wait to return! The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful stay. The premium ger was super warm and comfy. The amenities such as the onsite restaurant, train station transfer, activity coordination, and a personal driver back to the city was convenient, memorable, and fun. I’ll never forget this magical, unforgettable moment.

I stayed here for 4 days and had a wonderful experience. The staff were genuinely kind and made me feel like I was among friends. Everything seemed well organized, and whenever I had a small issue, it was quickly taken care of and communicated clearly. The pizza was amazing, and the view was unforgettable. Even with my early morning flight, the airport pickup service was available, and the driver was very nice and made the ride comfortable. The overall atmosphere of the place was warm and welcoming, and the guests I met were also very kind. I truly appreciated my stay here.

В целом очень комфортное тихое место. Рядом речка и вид на горы) Сама юрта с собственным санузлом, душем, раковиной. Теплая, топить не пришлось. Кормят вкусно) персонал приветливый. Говорят на хорошем английском языке, мне со своим простеньким разговорным было все понятно 😄

Вода не достаточно нагревается для ванной. Проживание оплатили грузинской картой, но если бы была бы возможность оплатить наличными тугриками, было бы в разы удобнее.

Location incantevole e vale da sola il viaggio. Ristorante ottimo (a pranzo e a cena). Personale e proprietaria molto gentile.

La struttura è stata, in passato, sicuramente carina, ma ora cade a pezzi. Non fatevi ingannare, come noi, dalle foto che danno quell’idea di premium. La nostra ger (la premium per appunto) odora di sterco di cavallo. Insetti ovunque, pavimento mai stato spazzato (capelli di ogni colore, cappucci rossi di non so cosa incastrati tra le doghe del legno), scarico della doccia pieno di capelli. Dispenser del sapone con le stalattiti dove devi premere, piatto della doccia di legno sfondato. Ed a tal proposito anche tutto il percorso alle ger è disseminato di travi pericolanti, chiodi a vista ecc… nessuno sa una parola di inglese (tranne i proprietari). Coperte e asciugamani macchiati e usurati. Tavoli sulla terrazza sono sporchi e tali rimangono per tutto il tempo, nonostante lo staff sia perennemente al telefono a farsi gli affari propri. Non c’è nulla di dolce per la colazione. Sappiamo benissimo di essere in mezzo alla natura ma la pulizia non è comunque adeguata.

I didn't like that it was very hot in the shower room and before going to bed in the toilet room it was quite dirty. I didn't like the communication with the European-American owners in the sense that my English leaves much to be desired and their English was excellent, there was a feeling of cultural dominance which created some awkwardness, but at the same time they absolutely helped me with everything I needed for which I am very grateful to them
