Hotel impossible a trouvé, le gps vous amène par des endroits que on passe pas en voiture (que a pied) meme en forçant et apres avoir abîmé la voiture( pare-chocs et jantes)pour passé, on arrive devant des plots que ne se baissent pas, on appele l'hôtel pour avoir des informations comment se rendre mais pas de réponse juste une boite vocal automatique et a la fin on vous racroche au nez, 5 fois la meme chose, apres 2 heures d'attente j'ai finit par cherché autre hotel ( je cite IBIS avec plaisir) que mon trouvé une chambre pour passe la nuit, donc je payé et en plus on me remboursent pas,super l'hôtel, si vous voulez payé un chambre dhotel et dormir dans la voiture vous réserve ici

Nice AC and comfortable beds - central location

Je suis ravie de mon séjour : chambre très confortable, au calme (pas de voisinage, la fenêtre donne sur un mur), bonne literie. J'ai apprécié le petit déjeuner (jus d'orange pas terrible mais excellentes confitures). Merci de m'avoir permis de bénéficier de la chambre à mon arrivée à 13h et de ne pas m'avoir fait payer la bagagerie. Je reviendrai sûrement.

I stayed at Eklo in Montpellier not as a planned guest, but because I found myself completely stranded. I had been traveling with two friends who, sadly, left me behind. I was left with only 150 euros, no phone, no credit card, and no passport — completely alone in a foreign city. It was one of the most vulnerable moments of my life. But what could have been a terrifying experience turned into something deeply moving, all thanks to two extraordinary people at the Eklo reception: Elsaed and Dario. Their kindness and support went far beyond anything I could have hoped for. Elsaed, in particular, was a true lifesaver. He lent me his personal phone so I could call my family and let them know I was safe. He also helped me buy a basic phone for 30 euros, so I could stay connected during those crucial days. He showed a level of generosity and empathy that is incredibly rare in today’s world. Dario was also deeply kind and supportive, creating a sense of calm and safety at a time when everything felt unstable. Both of them treated me with compassion and dignity, not as a stranger in distress, but as a fellow human being deserving of care. I should have written this review long ago, but I wanted to take the time to do justice to the incredible help I received. I will never forget what Elsaed and Dario did for me. They turned one of the hardest moments of my life into a lasting memory of kindness and humanity. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
