Personnel accueillant, chaleureux, attentionné et aux petits soîns (clin d'œil pr Emma). Appartement très propre, décoration soignée, équipement de qualité, lit confortable et douillet. Une vue magnifique depuis le B226. Espace piscine très agréable avec vue imprenable sur la baie. Hôtel coup de cœur 😍

It was conveniently located to pretty much everything on the island. It was also pretty modern

Didn’t have instructions on how to work the washing machine/Dryer, very few towels, shower is open so water gets on the floor hen you shower. Other than that I have no complaints.

The sense of urgency from the employees, going up and down the steep hill, the dirtiness of the apartment, being charged 4 days and only staying 3.

It's my favorite place to stay in St. Maarten. The view of Simpson Bay is amazing. This is my 3rd time staying at The Hills, thanks

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. Throughout my stay, promises were constantly made but never followed through on. Every concern was met with apologies and assurances that things would be “made right,” yet nothing was ever actually done. I can sit and type for hours but ill keep it very short. Communication and customer service were very poor. The manager always seemed to have an excuse instead of finding real solutions, and it honestly felt like the only thing that mattered was that payment for the room went through — not the comfort or satisfaction of the guests. As a paying guest, I expected much better hospitality, honesty, and follow-up. Unfortunately, this stay left me feeling ignored and frustrated. The only positive thing I can truly say about this place is that the view was beautiful. Sadly, based on this experience, I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.
