We had a wonderful stay at Cook's Bay Hotel. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff. We stayed in a balcony room overlooking the poo. Our room was cleaned daily, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. The food at the hotel restaurant was simply amazing, offering delicious meals that made dining there a highlight of our trip. Highly recommend!

Great stay for one night. Great service. Amazing views. Wonderful restaurant with outstanding views. We were surprised at size of room. No issues. Bed was comfortable. It was wonderful to see the fish swimming and coral right off bridge. We saw a sea turtle. They also have free use of Kayak. Very pleased.

If beach is what you want go to a different side of the island, Beach is nasty here filled with corals and debree, the floor in the rooms are white so you see all the dirtyness from past guests/usage, since it is to hard to clean the material they made the floors with. no late check out even if you want to pay for it. Service is amazing and the only reason why I would consider coming back but the hotel isn’t nice enough to spend time at. Average hotel at best definitely better options on the island.

Brand new hotel with very modern design in the rooms -- great location - friendly front desk -- all was fine -- the restaurant was not overwhelming aside from the AWESOME sunset views -- menu and service were just OK, maybe I was just expecting a little more upscale there. Otherwise -- very good place.

best hotel on the island in my opinion...beats the over the water shacks. Clean, modern great location , great staff ...we really hated to leave. The restaurant is fantastic as well.
