GBThe rooms were very comfortable, breakfast was delicious and steps away from centre of Ambleside. The same member of staff checked us in and served breakfast and was so friendly. Would definitely staff again!

GBGBroom was large, modern and clean with good tea and coffee facilities and the TV was great. The shower was brilliant and there was a small seating area with table near the window which was lovely
The lack of clarity around parking when arriving later in the evening in the dark on a one way system. The view from our room was obstructed by scaffolding a little
