I'm very upset that they advertise a hot tub but the hot tub is colder than the pool, the whole time even though it was supposedly going to get fixed the next day by someone coming in. We stayed 2 or 3 days and it never was. False advertisement bc I know that hot tub was already like that. That's one of the main reasons we stayed, was to relax in a HOT tub. Bad thing was my daughter specifically asked the front desk worker BEFORE we booked just to be certain, and they'd assured her it was hot and working. Hate when people LIE just to get your money 🤑💰.
