How I was treated

Changing the beds after I git up and left to go visit my brother when I got back my bed was not made they were short on staff.

I did not stay at this property

Close to the job site

Room smelled, druggies all over, crackheads, wallet stolen, the list goes on staff doesn’t respond or answer the calls, had to check in late no one was there at check in.

Nothing

I was refused a room I had already booked and paid for online through booking.com and almost a month later still haven't been given any kind of refund or alternative stay anywhere else by neither party.... Even after several hours on the phone with customer service! The worst experience I've ever had renting a room in the past 41 years!!!
