The gentleman at the desk was not only unfriendly but just plane rude. The room was not clean and the door frame was broken from where it appears the door had been kicked in. Bath tub was filthy as well.

Where do I begin. We booked 2 nights. We check in after the front desk staff tells us there is no coffee maker in the room. We can come to the front desk for coffee in the morning. I ask about a light breakfast they say is provided in the description. She states that due to an issue upon inspection, they cannot serve any food. Well you know what that means. Anyway we get into the room. I immediately felt dirty. Stains on sheets, crushed bugs on the ceiling and walls. Dark dingy smelly. Nothing like what the pictures show. Old wood from what looks Like from the 70s. A huge gap from the door to the floor. Stained bathroom walls and door. I was waiting for the roaches to come running out. There was more to tell but pictures tell a thousand words

The property was trashy, rundown and we did not stay at the location

Not one hint didn’t feel safe and have video of how trashed the place is

When I arrived to stay at the hotel last night to checking in and I was informed by the front desk that there was a $100 deposit, after already paying for the online reservation! I am asking for a full refund on the hotel stay that I didn’t receive in the Frist place! Good place to stay very quiet

No breakfast was offered or available.

No coffee pot in room. Poor lighting. No comfortable chair in room.

Floors were wet when we walked in, toilet paper roll detached from wall, smelled very strongly of cleaning supplies, very loud could hear all neighbors and people outside. Friendly staff and the bed was comfortable.
