the manager Rebecca, or Becky, is 1 of the greatest people. i left from another location and came here because of how bad the other place was and this Ramada was like it was it another world, though only 9 minutes apart. Everything was great in this stay

Terrible. The property looks inviting, but once there there were roaches coming from everywhere. They recently exterminated, therefore it drew them out out of their hiding places.. Upon the first night, I notified the staff of the bugs they offered to change me to a different room however, I am allergic to pesticide so the room they offered I could not stay in. The alternative was upstairs and they did not have an elevator. The roach in the refrigerator was the dealbreaker, so my family and I chose to just leave. I would not recommend this property to anyone; even after I checked out from the four day reservation they refuse to refund me my money for the remainder of the days. The staff was friendly, but they could have refunded me my money.

This hotel is behind a very sketchy looking red roof inn. We checked in around 10pm and there were several people drinking beer and hanging out in the Parking including the night shift clerk. When I turned the water on to take a shower it initially came out brown but soon ran clear. Lastly, while getting dressed so I could check out around 9am, a housekeeper came into my room unannounced. Once I went to the front desk to Express concern I was told someone checked me out at 7am. This is totally unacceptable and I would never book here again

Needed coffee in the room. Water pressure could be stronger.

There was no toilet paper or Kleenex. There were no wash rags.

Room was clean, AC worked excellent, necessities were provided. Would have loved a more comfortable sofa and a door separating the bedroom from the living area. Pool and hot tub would have been a welcome addition. Staff was very helpful and very friendly.

There was no dressers in bedroom, a pouch style coffee maker was in unit but no coffee. I went to the store to get pouches, but no one had any. We were traveling with 2 dogs was told they did not allow pets even though I put in pet friendly. When I told them they are service animals she asked what service they performed, which is not permitted per Federal rules.
