Great service

I only had a bagel and cereal because that’s all that was there. So this was not a big breakfast bar as I was advised.

1. Checked in late after 8pm and I still had to wait a hour to get the room “cleaned”. The room was not cleaned when you really looked. The floor was not swept or moped there was hair and dust balls in the corner. The sheets had stains that could have been bleached. 2. The room had nothing but toilet paper and 1 towel with 3 hand towels and when I asked for more towels I was told more had to be washed. 3. The room smelled of old cigar smoke which gave me a headache. I couldn’t even think about asking for a new room because I probably would have waited another hour to get into the room. 4. There was nothing in the kitchen area not even a paper towel roll or a napkin. 5. This place was just not ready for guest. This company should not take guest money if the rooms do not meet up to the standards posted online. This stay was like going to buy a burger and it’s missing the meat……I was very disappointed I would have just slept in my van had I known this was what I was paying for.

The staff are nice the rooms are clean no issues when I’m there and it’s very private love Ramada will be back
