Great hotel, lovely staff who were very kind and helpful to us. The beds are very comfortable (also great curtains to block to morning light ^^) and the showers and bathrooms are great and clean. There is a common area were you can sit, relax, eat and socialize. We had a great time there!

Very hoof place to stay in Surabaya! The staff was very nice and helpful, the beds were comfy, quite good privacy!

Since there’s a lot of units in the room, there’s constantly something/someone making noise but I know it’s hard to manage. Also, I don’t know if he’s staff or not, he’s really kind but I had a guy trying to talk me (foreign tourist guest) into Pyramidal Scheme Marketing as I was chilling in the lounge planning my day. He was very nice but I don’t think it’s appropriate to get guests into that especially when they tell you they’re not interested.

Lovely staff, right next to laundry services which were great. Nice communal area. Plenty bathrooms/showers. Comfy bed, good locker space with a key!

Was a little hard to find, grab car initially took us to the wrong place. It’s on the main road so if the driver starts going down some back streets it’s the wrong place! I found adding ‘kapsule hotel’ or the direct address from booking.com to be best.

The hotel cost and facilities is reasonable for one night. Nearby eatery around the hostel. Didn't spend too long as it was just a brief few hours rest before my volcanoes tour.

The accommodation is very clean and the capsules and beds are very comfortable. The staff are totally helpful and very friendly.

There was no toilet paper, only water to clean. Please note: Be careful if you only enter the hotel name into Grab. A wrong address is linked in the App and Grab will take you somewhere else. So enter the address and not the hotel name in Grab. Otherwise everything was perfect.
