Quiet peaceful place away from the city very glad we booked this hotel

We had a great stay here! We wanted to stay out of Honolulu with its towering cement hotels, traffic and crowded beaches. We stayed in this beautifully furnished condo with a corner balcony with beautiful views of oceans and lush mountains. The beach was perfect with only a few people on it and we daily saw sea turtles swimming by. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We saw some homeless people in the vacinity which didn’t affect either our enjoyment or sense of safety at all. The staff were all very nice especially the security guy who was friendly and helpful. We found a fabulous takeout restaurant nearby with the most delicious poke called Aloha Poke and it was so good we had it twice.

There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like.

The manager left promptly at 5pm, just leaving us one key, without giving us the password to the WIFI. We could not have access for one whole day. The next day, when we came back around 3pm the next day, she stepped out again. Yet we have to pay the resort fee for two nights, even though there is internet access or any other access for one whole day. Very unfair!

Perfect place to take in all the beautiful scenery

The view is unobstructed , beautiful, friendly staff, clean , great beach to swim and take morning/ evening walks plan to watch the sunset from your room.

This is a beautiful property with some of the best views I’ve ever experienced. The condo is spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The staff are helpful and kind. The drawbacks are that it isn’t near anything. This was fine for us as we wanted to hang out, sit at the beach and have some peace. Perfect. The waves are INTENSE- this isn’t a beach I would take kids to. Also, there is a large community of unhoused folks (the community spans about 10 miles along the coast). While we never felt unsafe at all, it was really weird to be in such a nice place while literally looking at the community of folks in tents.

Our corner room was perfect spot for the view.Love that we it is a beachfront. Both mountain and the ocean views are perfect paradise getaway. There are homeless people near the ocean but didn’t really bother us and they were in the pockets close to the mountain. Would love to come back!

Hotel is in a very depressed neighborhood.

This place is advertisement gives you the wrong idea. It is a time share located in the wrong side of town. The night that I arrived, the Uber driver told me that only sombría and criminals live in this area. I didn’t believe it but even him was reluctant to leave me at the place all by myself. I honestly thought the driver was exaggerating, but the next morning when I woke up, and wanted to go out for brakefast, there was no place around to eat. When I made my reservation, the place comes under “all inclusive resort” and it is not. So I called management to get my money refunded, because couldn’t stay in such a place. It was not what I paid for. I was told to call Expedia, when I contacted Expedia they told me that they would check with the owner, and still NOBODY HAS REACHED OUT TO ME and no refund has been issued since April 29, 2024.
