"Overall the place itself is done very well but staff need more training. I’m down £130"

The rooms were lovely, everything very neat and clean and the pool was very pretty.

The staff gave me false information saying that there was only one bed to share between 3 even though the room said two and we had one more friend join. We ended up booking another room in front of her to then find out the original room had two double beds in. They then told me that they don’t do refunds and I couldn’t get the money back even though it was their mistake (false information).

"AMAZING!!"

Location was incredibly central, staff are AMAZING and we had daily room cleaning. Very responsive over WhatsApp. Aircon was great and I will definitely be staying here again!
